With the sheer number of device combinations out there it's hard for us to be able to support everyone in getting the show streaming on their TV but we are working on options.
Option 1.
If you have a smart TV that has a modern up-to-date browser you should be able to watch the show through the browser. You'll need to log in with your account on your TV and then go to the show page.
We advise testing this before the show starts. If you can watch the show advert video then you'll be able to watch the show itself.
Option 2
If you have something like Apple TV, Chromecast or and Allcast compatible device then these solutions may work for you.

Hmmm. This is a tough one. It's possible that it's gone to spam? Or that you used a different email address from the one you check regularly, or you mistyped it.
